Depas Erasmus Student Housing

Totally new building with 5 equipped apartments and their furnished rooms in the central area of Guadalajara in the neighborhood of Santa Tere / Americana. Each apartment is 2 and 3 bedrooms with a full bathroom in a space of 90 meters of area. INDEPENDENT workspaces per room, equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster. Cleaning of common areas once a week, kitchen, bathroom and common areas of each department.

The location also has the best public transport connections such as buses or tram (Juare Juárez Station, 200 m from the house), ideal for transfer between home and school. All services are included. It is one of the best accommodation options in Guadalajara for exchange students.

He estado dos semestres en esta casa durante mi intercambio y fue la mejor elección. Cada cuarto tiene su baño privado. Su ubicación es excelente para poder desplazarte donde desees La zona es tranquila y la gente de la casa se preocupa porque estes agusto en tu estancia. Toda la comunidad de sus casas están hermanadas y te permite conocer Mexico con viajes y conocer mucha gente. Haces una nueva familia. Además sus zonas comunes con su rooftop y terraza intermedia son un plus.

Je suis venu au mexique en ne parlant ni anglais ni español. Mon expérience d’échange universitaire à Guadalajara et mon lieu de résidence a casa morelos m’a permis de tres vite me faire sentir très à l’aise avec l’espagnol et les mexicains !

La magie de la casa morelos, plus qu’un groupe d’étudiant , une famille! Des rencontres avec d’autres étudiants etranger mais aussi mexicain !

Je recommande a 100/100 ce lieu de vie et de rencontre! Spécialement la chambre « Morelos » avec vue sur une petite montagne au loin!

Si tuviera que definir mi experiencia en casa Morelos diría que fue inolvidable. Desde el primer momento que llegué a la casa, la sentí como mi hogar, no solo porque la compañía era súper buena onda sino porque la casa tiene un encanto especial que te abraza. Creo que en ella encontré un equilibrio perfectamente combinado de varios elementos: 1) Espacio individual. Cada persona de la casa tiene su espacio íntimo con su llave para guardar sus pertenencias y poder asearse (para mi esto fue muy importante porque tenía mi orden y limpieza); 2) Espacio compartido. Las zonas comunes (cocina, salón, patio, azotea) fueron zonas donde la convivencia fue increíble. Compartimos momentos realmente bonitos en compañía de todos, se crean unos lazos de unión que los sientes como si fueran familia.

Mi experiencia en casa Morelos fue 200/100. Cuando decidi hacer mi intercambio con la Universidad de Guadalajara en Agricultura. Nunca pensé que mi parte favorita fuera vivir en una casa con personas de otros países. Lo recomiendo al 100% si quieres vivir la mejor experiencia en Guadalajara. Tendrás desde una experiencia cultural, hasta la mejores aventuras y fiesta de todo México.
